Calafenga is located 50 metres walk from the beach of l'Estany, with direct sea views from its spectacular 17 m2 balcony.
Completely refurbished in 2024, it has a separate bedroom with king size bed (180 cm) and sofa bed (150 cm), ideal for four people, a living room with TV with Netflix, fully equipped kitchen with fridge and microwave, a bathroom, free wifi, air conditioning and a parking space in the same property. We have a beach umbrella and beach chairs for guests, as well as a portable cot for babies on request.

Fue un detallazo el recibimiento con café con leche, agua y un detalle de repostería antes de la compra en el super.
Que tuviese internet y Netflix también fue un puntazo.
También tiene sillas y sombrilla para la playa.
Trato espectacular de Agustin y Yolanda, son majísimos.

Todo genial. El apartamento está totalmente equipado, es muy cómodo y acogedor. Hemos estado muy bien y a gusto.
El edificio tiene ascensor, la ubicación es excelente, la zona es tranquila para descansar por las noches y tiene plaza de parking en el mismo edificio .

L’appartement est super propre, tout refait. Très bien situé et à 50 mètres de la plage. Très bien insonorisé. Spacieux. Le propriétaire très sympa et très bonne communication avant d’arriver. Le propriétaire très sympa et très bonne communication avant. Draps et serviette à disposition également.
