The 70 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 persons, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 persons.
Additional facilities include high-speed Wi-Fi, heating and a TV. Bedroom 1 has 2 single beds.
Bedroom 2 has 1 double bed. The living room has 1 sofa bed for 2 persons.
The property gives access to a shared outdoor area that includes a garden and an outdoor terrace.
Pedestrian and cycle path to the centre of Livigno can be reached in 10 minutes.
There is a bus stop 150 metres away. 4 E-bikes are provided for an additional cost per item/day. 6 bikes are provided. (Bikes only in summer) The property has a storage room for motorbikes and bicycles.
A ski room with boot warmers is available.
Electric vehicle charging station available in the garage.
Strict recycling rules: please check with the house owner on arrival.
There is a laundry room with a shared dryer and washing machine.
Ironing board and iron available on request.
A cot and high chair are both available on request (and subject to availability). The owner organises dinners in the Private Tavern for guests on Monday and Thursday evenings (December to April, July and August only). In addition, there is a SPA area with a stone steam bath, Finnish sauna, multi-sensory shower, jacuzzi and relaxation zone. (Only open from December to April, July and August). Beach/pool towels are provided.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr gut, da es ruhig ist, aber trotzdem nah zum Ortskern. Auch die Bushaltestellen waren gut erreichbar und bei Fragen waren die Gastgeber jederzeit ansprechbar.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Die ruhige Lage sorgt für gute Erholung. Wunderbarer Blick vom Balkon in die umliegenden Berge. Den Ortskern und die Talstation der Nebelhornbahn erreicht man zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten. Sehr netter Vermieter. Wir kommen gerne wieder :-)

Wir waren zum 3. Mal im Haus Brigitte. Die Ferienwohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Sie befindet sich in der 1.Etage, ist modern eingerichtet. Balkon zur Süd- und Westseite mit Blick in die Berge. Das Haus liegt in ruhiger Lage, ca. 5 Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt
Der Vermieter ist sympathisch. Besser geht es nicht.
