La casa è vicinissima ai servizi e alla movida, nonostante ciò negli orari notturni e mattutini non arrivano gli sciamazzi.
La pulizia della casa è stata impeccabile.
Il giardino è dotato di tutti i comfort.
Il proprietario si è reso disponibile e ci ha permesso di soggiornare alcune ore di più rispetto al check-out, perchè la nave, per le condizioni avverse del tempo, ha ritardato la partenza
L'acqua è NON POTABILE (giallo paglierino) e dovrebbe essere dichiarata al momento della prenotazione, e il frigorifero oltre ad essere davvero troppo piccolo, e noi eravamo soltanto 2 persone, funziona soltanto per poter RINFRESCARE (E NON RAFFREDDARE) le bottiglie d'acqua.
Il posto auto privato dichiarato non c'è.
