There are 5 bedrooms and 4 bath/ shower rooms, three of them in the main building and two in the annex.

The villa is equipped with air conditioning throughout which is ideal in the warm Summer.

The villa has a large pool in well kept secure gardens. Special features are a large roof terrace, and a grand piano in the living room. You can enjoy meals indoors and al fresco with the outside kitchen/BBQ area and large farmhouse table which is undercover and looks onto the pool and gardens.

Next to the pool is a room with WC & shower room. The villa is less than a 5 minute walk to the Cala D'or Beach, in the old Town of Cala D'or .

Cala D'or Town centre is 5 mins walk away with walkways full of restaurants and bars.

Not to forget about plenty of shops and other amenities.

The beautiful Cala d´Or Marina is also worthwile paying a visit.

To have a glamps of the beautiful yachts or having a drink or meal in one of the many restaurants overlooking the Marina. Casa Bárbara is a wonderful place for families and friends to spend holidays together in lovely surroundings.
