The property is located in Almuñécar's historic old town, where houses are closely situated—occasional noise from nearby works may occur and is beyond our control.

Good to know
- Preferred rental period is 14 days in July or August.
- Guests staying in Bedroom 2 must use the bathroom belonging to Bedroom 1 or Bedroom 3. Free parking is available on the street.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Please note: a neighboring property is currently under construction. Work is expected to continue for several months.

La vue, la maison est grande et bien équipé. L’emplacement nous laisse beaucoup de possibilités à pied
Malheureusement, les travaux ont rythmé nos vacances. Les ouviers étaient très gentils et respectueux mais on se serait bien passé du marteau piqueur et malaxeur.

Roof terrace with incredible views. All necessary amenities, very friendly, responsive and helpful host.
Although it does have two bathrooms, both are en suite meaning that people staying in the third bedroom had to go through other people's bedrooms to use the toilet at night. Not ideal.

Pentes des ruelles très importantes, à déconseiller pour les personnes à mobilité réduite.
Nous avons été envahit par des fourmis, heureusement bonne réaction du propriétaire pour essayer de régler ( en partie) le problème.
