Het appartement, de temperatuur, het uitzicht!
Het kan nuttig zijn bij de omschrijving te vermelden dat dit appartement minder geschikt is voor 70 plussers gezien het hoogteverschil en de steile helling en de trap, die genomen moet worden.
De parkeerplaats is minimaal en de auto komt heel schuin te staan, waarbij bij opening van de achter-zijdeur alles naar buiten kan schuiven. Daar moet men alert op zijn!
