In the immediate vicinity of the apartment are several restaurants and 3 bars, which are within walking distance of 2-7 minutes. The nearest bakery is just a 4-minute walk (350m) from the accommodation and the nearest two supermarkets are also within a 5-6 minute walk (450-550m). In the winter months, the ski resorts of Dobbiaco/Toblach and Braies/Prags, which are only a few kilometers away, attract guests and can be easily reached by ski bus. And in summer, numerous hiking trails, such as the Dolomiten-Höhenweg, invite you to explore the wonderful landscape.
