The cozy holiday apartment "Hofer Silena" welcomes you in the Italian municipality of Niederdorf in the beautiful Puster Valley in South Tyrol.
The 70 m² apartment consists of a living room with sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and two full bathrooms, and can accommodate up to six people.
Amenities also include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) and a TV. From the apartment's balcony, you enjoy views of the idyllic mountain landscape.
The garden of the house is also available for your shared use. The Niederdorf spa park with Kneipp facility and children's playground is just around the corner.

The nearest bakery is only a four-minute walk (350 m) from the accommodation, and the next two supermarkets are also just five to six minutes on foot (450–550 m) away.
In the winter months, the nearby ski areas of Toblach and Prags, which are easily accessible by ski bus, invite you to enjoy winter sports.
In summer, numerous hiking trails, such as the Dolomite High Trail, offer you the opportunity to explore the beautiful landscape. One free parking space per accommodation is available on the property.

Apartamento bem bom, em ótima localidade.
Próximo ao Lago di Braies e outras cidades como Dobbiaco e San Candido.
Tem espaço para estacionar o carro bem na frente e restaurante e cafeteria bem perto e são ótimos.
Um pouco difícil de encontrar o apartamento mesmo com as rotas do Google Maps.

Appartenant conforme à nos attentes et au descriptif de l'annonce, propre et bien équipé. L'accueil est très chaleureux, même si nous ne parlions pas italien. Le cadre, dans ce petit village atypique, est magnifique et il est relativement bien positionné par rapport aux activités possible de la région. C'est un bon rapport qualité prix et un bon point de base pour visiter la région des Dolomites.
