The rustic, 2-storey house consists of a living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 5 bedrooms as well as 5 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 10 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the bedrooms, a fireplace, satellite TV as well as a highchair and a baby cot upon request.
Your expansive private outdoor area is the perfect place to switch off from the world.
This includes a pool, a garden, terraces (open and covered), a balcony, an outdoor shower and a barbecue.
In just 2 minutes driving you will reach the centre of S’horta with a selection of restaurants, bars and supermarkets.
The town of Portocolom is just a 5-minute drive away where you will find more restaurants and bars to enjoy a meal or some cocktails.

Große geräumige Finca mit traumhaften Meerblick

Die Finca ist erhöht gebaut und bietet somit einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer und die Landschaft. Das Grundstück ist schön gestaltet und der Pool groß genug. Die Ausstattung der Finca ist ebenfalls gut für eine große Gruppe.
Es ist oft mal windig und es gibt viele Käfer die besonders abends vom Licht angezogen werden. Das sind Faktoren die man nicht beeinflussen kann und man lernt damit umzugehen.

Huset var større og finere enn på bildene. Alt var veldig rent. Veldig god kommunikasjon med vert.

Die Aufteilung des Hauses. Ausreichend Platz und auch Möglichkeiten zum Rückzug.
Es wäre schön , wenn die Beleuchtung vor dem Haus einen Bewegungsmelder hätte.
Ein Hinweis zur Entsorgung des Mülls fehlt.
Außerdem müssten einige Bäder modernisiert werden.
