Antall soverom, antall bad, stort basseng og spisebord under tak.

Kunne vært noe mer utstyr for selvhushold. Selv om det ikke var sjenerende kunne det vært opplyst i annonsen at sønnen til huseier med sin familie bodde i et hus på samme område/tomt.
