The 41 m² apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed (2 m x 1.40 m), a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom with a box-spring bed as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, fans, satellite television, a baby cot and a highchair.

The private outdoor area has a balcony with nice views over the lake and the mountains in the background, which invites you to have breakfast in the morning sun or to spend the evenings with a glass of wine and home-cooked dinners. The holiday apartment is an ideal starting point for your outdoor activities due to its proximity to numerous hiking and cycling routes.
Lake Constance is only an 18-minute drive or 13.7 km from the apartment, and the nearest beaches can be found in Immenstaad and Fischbach.
From the apartment, you can drive to the nearest supermarket in 4 minutes (2.2 km), a bakery is a 3-minute drive or 1.3 km away, and a restaurant can be reached after a 2-minute drive (1.4 km). A 4-minute drive or 2.8 km from the apartment, you will find a pharmacy, as well as cafés and other restaurants.
The pretty lakeside town Friedrichshafen is located 12 km or a 19-minute drive away, and after a 24-minute drive to Meersburg (19 km) you can take the ferry to Konstanz. In winter, a skiing area can be reached after a 25-minute drive (18 km).

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt insgesamt genossen. Besonders der schöne Ausblick und der Balkon haben uns sehr gut gefallen und waren ein echtes Highlight.
Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war stellenweise etwas herausfordernd.
Die Schlüsselübergabe verlief etwas ungewohnt und zog sich länger hin, als wir erwartet hatten. Insgesamt hätten wir uns hier eine unkompliziertere und angenehmere Abwicklung gewünscht.
