The city of Singen sits atop the nearly 700-meter-high volcanic cone "Hohentwiel" and offers spectacular views of Lake Constance and the surrounding landscape.
The 30 m² holiday apartment "Alina" in the Bohlingen district is the perfect base for trips to Lake Constance, the Black Forest, and even Thurgau in Switzerland—ideal for couples, those seeking relaxation, and nature lovers. This lower-ground-floor apartment with its own entrance features a living room with sofa and dining area, a well-equipped kitchenette with stovetop, oven, microwave, Senseo coffee pad machine, and fridge, a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), and a daylight bathroom with shower and WC. It accommodates 2 guests. Wi-Fi, a selection of board games, and cable TV are also provided. Outside, you will find a small seating area in front of the apartment.
An additional spot in the garden is perfect for enjoying sunny days, and the beautifully landscaped garden invites you to relax. There is a parking space in the driveway for loading and unloading your car. Further parking is available in the residential area nearby.
Bicycles may be stored in the garden shed.
Pets are not allowed.

Sehr freundliche Vermieterin.
