The nearest supermarket can be found an 11-minute walk (850 m) from the apartment, a bakery lies a 4-minute walk (350 m) away, and cafés and restaurants can be reached after 500 m or a 6-minute walk to the charming historical centre of Überlingen.
After a 10-minute walk or 850 m, you can get to the train station and the ferry terminal, from where you can cross the lake to Wallhausen near Konstanz.
The closest beach, Strandbad West, is a 17-minute walk (1.4 km) from the apartment and next to the thermal bath.
The hilly area surrounding Lake Constance is perfect for hiking or cycling, but a skiing area is also in the proximity, located a 30-minute drive (25 km) from Überlingen.

Leider kein Gefrierfach im Kühlschrank, Leider keine Rolläden oder Klappläden an einigen Fenstern.
