The apartment Campulongu Suite in Villasimius, in the south of Sardinia, is situated close to the sea.
The holiday home consists of a living room with a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, one bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, an outdoor shower and a television.
You can spend wonderful evenings in the private garden with a covered terrace or go swimming in the communal outdoor pool (15th June - 1st September).
Prepare delicious dinners on the barbecue and relax by the fireplace.
The nearest beach is a 5-minute walk away (400 m), while the scenic port of Villasimius can be reached within a 5-minute drive (2.3 km).
Shops, restaurants, bars and cafes can also be found within a 5-minute drive. Parking spaces are available on the property. Bed linens and towels are available upon request and for an extra fee. Pets are only allowed upon request. Smoking is allowed.

Das Haus liegt nur ca. 200m vom Strand entfernt. Zwischen den Bäumen kann man das Meer sehen. Nette Veranda und Pool in der Ferienhausanlage (Achtung Öffnungszeiten). Die Räumlichkeiten waren sauber. Autoparkplatz in der Anlage.
Die Möbel sind alle schon älter und abgenutzt. Die Küchenausstattung nicht ganz vollsträndig für 4 Personen. Die Wohnung ist schon sehr verwinkelt und eigenwillig gebaut. Das Kinderschlafzimmer (Stockbett) ist winzig klein und das Elternschlafzimmer sozusagen im Keller. Die Dusche ist ungewöhnlich w...
