The apartment is on the first floor, accommodates up to 3 guests, and features one bedroom, a living room with kitchenette, and a bathroom with window.

The spaces are functional and well equipped: private kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, sofa bed in the living room, two air conditioning units, two TVs, and a washing machine.

Street parking is available and public transport is nearby.
