What should I do if I do not get any booking confirmation email?

You will receive a Holidu confirmation by email immediately after booking.
If you have deleted or never received the confirmation from Holidu, please contact us.
To help us identify your booking as quickly as possible, please provide the following information (if possible): Holidu ID, first and last name and the booking date.

You will receive the partner's booking confirmation by email immediately or up to approx. 24 hours after booking.
If you did not receive the booking confirmation from our partner or deleted it, you will find the partner's contact details in the Holidu booking confirmation. Please call our partner and request a new confirmation.
