What should I do if I do not get any booking confirmation email?

Don't worry! It can take up to 1-2 workdays until the booking is confirmed.

In case you have not received any confirmation after 48 hours, please contact us at service@holidu.com. We will then check if your booking has been submitted and that the correct e-mail address has been used.

Please check if the confirmation email is in your Spam mail folder first, thank you!
