Shop 8 km, supermarket 12 km, bus stop 1.6 km, railway station "Uddevalla" 27 km, ferry "Helsingborg" 325 km, sandy beach 100 m, lake Långhalmen 100 m. Golf course (18 hole) 14 km, fishing possibilities 100 m. Groups of teenagers on request only. The owner does not accept any groups. Please note: 1st floor is closed and not occupied. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
