A very special place of peace and well-being: At the turning point at the end of a small street, the detached holiday home is located on a 300 m² plot where children can play to their heart's content. There is enough space to sunbathe or drink a coffee or tea outdoors. The ground floor of the house with the spacious living room, kitchen, bathroom and storage room with cloakroom was completely renovated in 2019 and the two bedrooms on the upper floor of the house as well as the guest toilet at the beginning of 2023. The spa center, restaurants, cafés and shopping facilities are located in the Vicinity. It is only around one kilometer to the harbor, sandy beach and seawater swimming pool. The holiday home is also an ideal starting point for long bike tours along the coast, for example towards Norddeich or to the Sielorten.

Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. In der Küche ist alles reichlich vorhanden was man zum Kochen benötigen könnte, sogar die Gewürze. Zwei unterschiedliche Kaffeemaschinen plus eine Senseo. Ausreichend Platz für das gesamte Gepäck. Bequeme Matratzen. Schöne Terrasse mit Gartenmöbeln. Blickdichter Garten.
Das Haus ist sehr empfehlenswert. Wir haben uns sofort heimisch gefühlt.
Das ist jetzt meckern auf sehr hohem Niveau. Die Treppe ist ziemlich steil, ich würde mir rechts ein Seil als zweiten Handlauf wünschen. Mückennetze vor den Schlafzimmerfenstern wären schön.

Mir war bekannt das bei Abreise Wasser und Strom am Ende bezahlt werden, Hatte so ca, mit 20 Euro gerechnet, Zahlen mu?te ich 67,00 Euro, Das finde ich schon sehr happig, Das Haus hat eine Solaranlage
