Casa Rural del Maestro I is the former teachers’ house in Navalosa (Ávila), a stone building dating from 1963, fully renovated in 2006 in keeping with the area’s traditional architecture.
It stands next to Casa del Maestro II, with which it shares a courtyard/garden. The single-storey house covers around 150 m² and sleeps 6 guests in 3 bedrooms: two with a double bed and one with two single beds.
It has a full bathroom with a bathtub, a living room with a TV, and an equipped kitchen with a dining area and washing machine.
Heating, a terrace and free private on-site parking are available.
Bed linen and towels are included. Navalosa is a small village between the Alberche Valley and the Sierra de Gredos, between Hoyocasero and Burgohondo.
It is known for its vernacular architecture and traditional stone livestock shelters with broom-covered roofs.
The setting is ideal for hiking, mountain biking and unwinding in nature. House rules: pets and smoking are not allowed.
There is no internet connection.
