Welcome to Le Petit Roule, a spacious 100 m² cottage in Labatie-d’Andaure, in the heart of Haut-Vivarais.
Facing the Ardèche mountains in peaceful, unspoilt surroundings, it sleeps up to 5 guests—ideal for a holiday with family or friends. The ground-floor accommodation has two bedrooms with three double beds in total, including one room with two double beds, perfect for children or friends.
Bed linen and towels are provided, and an iron is available. The private kitchen is well equipped for home cooking, with a hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, crockery, cutlery, spices and washing-up liquid.
For relaxing moments, enjoy free Wi-Fi, a TV and a fan for warm days. Outside, the private enclosed garden with outdoor furniture is ideal for alfresco meals and sunny afternoons, offering peace of mind with children or your pet. Families will appreciate the cot and high chair provided. Explore the green Ardèche countryside through outdoor activities: hiking, running, cycling and mountain biking, fishing, swimming and water sports, horse riding, and even golf nearby. Shared parking is available on site.

Met de kinderen en hond hebben we hier 2 weken genoten van de rust, prachtige omgeving en de gastvrijheid van Virginie en Vincent. Het huis bevat alle basisbenodigdheden en is een prima uitvalsbasis voor mooie wandelingen en het bezoeken van de verschillende karakteristieke stadjes. Het water op loopafstand was heerlijk om even af te koelen.

We hebben een hele fijne vakantie gehad in Le Petit Roule. Het huis is eenvoudig ingericht, maar heeft wel alles wat je nodig hebt. En het was allemaal heel schoon. Wij bezochten Le Petit Roule met onze twee viervoeters begin september. De accommodatie heeft alles wat je nodig hebt en ligt buiten het zeer rustige Labatie d’Andaure. In de prachtige omgeving kan je je hart ophalen aan mooie en pittige wandelingen.
