In the heart of the rolling green hills of Pays d'Auge, on the border of Orne and Calvados, La Cour Mare welcomes you to a charming 17th-century farmhouse.
Located in Crouttes, just a few kilometers from the iconic villages of Camembert, Livarot, and Vimoutiers, it offers a peaceful setting ideal for family or group stays. The property features two adjoining cottages – La Maison du Fermier (sleeps 13) and Le Pressoir (sleeps 11) – with a total of nine comfortable bedrooms, six bathrooms, and 288 m² of living space for up to 24 guests.
Around the large dining table, up to 20 people can enjoy meals and friendly moments together.
Each cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, TV, and washing machine. Both cottages open onto a spacious enclosed garden with apple trees and flowers.
In summer, a heated pool (3 x 5 m) is available from July 1st to August 31st. There’s a terrace, barbecue, ping-pong table, and play area.
Three baby beds and two high chairs are available for families.
Parking for 10 vehicles and pets are welcome (maximum 2). Opposite, discover the Saint-Michel Priory and its 13th-century barn, a listed historic monument.
Enjoy many nearby excursions: scenic landscapes, typical villages, and cultural heritage. The owners live on-site and are happy to assist you during your stay.
The property can also host your events. Parties with loud music are not allowed.
