The spacious main room includes an extendable round table with four chairs and a pendulum clock on one side, and on the other, a corner sofa, TV, and kitchen with red fridge, gas stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster.
The washing machine is in the kitchen.
In the evening, the sofa converts into a second bed for two. The double bedroom is in the attic, furnished with a pine bed and wardrobe, plus a desk.
The bathroom has a shower, oval mirror over the sink, and a bidet. Wi-Fi and heating are included.
The apartment is 48 square meters, on the first floor of a two-unit house.
Windows and heating system are new. The apartment is all yours: living room with kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. You have a section of the garden with fruit trees at your disposal.
The bike storage is shared with the other apartment.
