We are in Marghera, an ideal location for reaching Venice and other destinations from the mainland: the bus stop is just a 3-minute walk away, and the train station is 10 minutes on foot.
The journey to Venice takes about 13 minutes. The house features a double bedroom with an additional sofa bed, a single room with two beds, a bathroom, a living room with a kitchenette, and a laundry area in the garden.
Nearby you’ll find supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, and ATMs. The accommodation is part of a historic house with a private entrance, garden, and private parking.
It covers 70 sqm and can host up to 5 guests.
The furnishings were carefully selected in collaboration with local artisans.
Everything is new and designed to offer you comfort and safety: the house is regularly cleaned with high-temperature equipment and an air purifier. You have access to a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, and an open terrace with garden furniture.
A cot and high chair for infants are available, and we accept one pet. Please treat the house with care and respect the neighbors.
Read the house rules carefully, including additional guidelines. IMPORTANT! A tourist tax per person per night applies; children under 10 are exempt, and there’s a reduced rate for ages 10 to 15. Guests can use all indoor and outdoor spaces, including parking inside the property. Events are not allowed on the property.
