De grootte van het appartement en de ligging aan een park, wat fijn was om de hond uit te laten. Aardige host die goed bereikbaar was.
De keuken was niet schoon.
Het serviesgoed was niet compleet: geen wijnglazen en maar twee koffiekopjes.
De afvoer in de badkamer was verstopt.
Een van de rolluiken in de woonkamer was kapot.
Er waren maar 5 eetkamerstoelen terwijl het
appartement aan 6 personen werd verhuurd.
