Gîte "La Cave" is a spacious holiday home for 6 guests with 3 bedrooms and a bathroom.
This charming accommodation offers comfort, space, and style.
The former wine cellar of the farmhouse has been transformed into a gîte of about 105 m². Downstairs, you’ll find a cozy living room and a slightly lower, fully equipped kitchen with fridge, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with two single beds) and a bathroom.
The mezzanine has another bedroom with two single beds.
Large terraces with dining table and chairs are at the front and back of the house.
The lush garden around the house features outdoor furniture.
The large shared pool (12 x 6 m, depth 1.80 m) with sun terrace and loungers is fully fenced and accessible via a secure gate.
You may use the pool between 09:00 and 20:00. The gîtes are in a rural setting, surrounded by woods, meadows, rivers, and lakes.
Enjoy meals outdoors, a barbecue, or drinks at sunset.
Birdsong and owls provide a tranquil backdrop.
Wifi is available.
Seven bikes with 21 gears are at your disposal.
Also provided: playground, washing machine, dryer, outdoor shower, baby cot and high chair on request, fan, and on-site parking. Nearby are wineries for tastings and weekly markets in Piégut and Thiviers (15 minutes by car). The region is known for Limousin beef, foie gras, truffles, and Périgord cheese. Gas, water, electricity, wifi, bed linen, towels, and final cleaning are included.
Gîtes are rented weekly; in low season, nightly rental is possible subject to availability.
Check-in from 16:00, check-out by 10:00 unless otherwise agreed.
