This 22 m² studio with alcove, located on the 1st floor of the Les Balcons de St So residence, welcomes up to 4 guests in the heart of the Sybelles ski area.
Only 150 m from the slopes and right next to shops, it's perfect for a car-free ski holiday.
There's a ski equipment rental shop on-site. Sleeping arrangements: one double bed and a pull-out sofa bed. The bathroom features a shower and toilet.
The kitchen is equipped with a mini-oven, microwave, refrigerator, ceramic hob, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, and capsule coffee machine.
TV and free wifi are available. Enjoy the southwest-facing balcony, private parking, ski storage, and laundry facilities available for an extra charge.
One pet is allowed in the apartment.

Cleaning must be done by guests.
A security deposit and a cleaning deposit will be requested upon arrival.
