On the ground floor, you’ll find 5 suites, a new, well-equipped kitchen with everything you need, a large dining room for up to 20 guests, and a living room with a fireplace.
On the first floor, there are another 5 bedrooms.
Each room has a private bathroom and air conditioning. Surrounding the villa is a furnished garden where you can relax outdoors, featuring a private pool and a wooden deck.
The outdoor spaces are spacious and ideal for groups who want to spend time together or enjoy a moment of tranquility. Siena, Arezzo, Florence, Montepulciano, Montalcino, Assisi, and Spoleto are all less than an hour’s drive away, making the villa a great starting point for exploring the main destinations in Tuscany and Umbria.
