Amazing villa but noisy during the day

Beautiful villa with lots of space and a lovely pool. We also really appreciated the lift between floors as my mother in law struggles with stairs.
What I was surprised by, however, is that this is one of the few villas that is actually built in the urbanisation and so each weekday from 07:30 to 4pm there was the noise from power tools as other houses were being built. This made sitting on the balcony or by the pool far from relaxing and so we spent most days away from the villa, returning when the building work had stopped for the day.
