Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. Conveniently situated, the property is a short walk from Farringdon Station, providing access to the London Underground and National Rail services.
This makes it easy to explore the city, whether you're heading to the West End or further afield. This property is a self-check-in property.
You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes.
So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests.
Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit.

Had a great stay worked perfectly for 2 couples. The location is great being so close to Farringdon Station. Several places to eat and drink nearby but was quiet inside the apartment at night. Host was very responsive and answered questions quickly both before and during stay. 2nd set of keys was no issue. No air con and building is hot but there were fans.

The apartment is very well equipped and great for families with young children and very conveniently located close to the station. The check in process was simple and easy to understand and the hosts were very responsive .
