Charming independent thatched cottage with a warm atmosphere, lovely garden, and annex for bikes. Accommodates 2 to 4 guests and recommended by the Brière Regional Park. Beautiful seasonal decor. The rental is located in the southwest area of the Brière Regional Natural Park. Free parking and one private parking space. A well-equipped kitchen leads to a small hallway opening into the living area: dining and relaxation space. Separate bathroom with sink and shower. Separate toilet. Firewood provided for 2 to 3 nights. New heaters in the kitchen and upstairs. Upstairs: 1 bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a mezzanine with 2 twin 90 cm beds. During your stay, cleaning service, tea towels, and bed linen are included. On arrival, the cottage is heated and beds are made.

You can book breakfast for your group by contacting the owner through the booking platform. The cottage is in a quiet setting, 5 minutes from the Brière marsh, close to hiking trails (old bread oven), and 4 km from the center of Saint-André-des-Eaux. In the village: pharmacy, mini-market, newsagent, deli, florist, bakery. Nearby: Guérande, La Baule, Le Pouliguen, and Pornichet. The rental is well equipped with comfort and cleaning products.

Cleaning service and bed linen are included.

Heating is available for an extra fee in autumn and winter.

Firewood is provided for 4 nights.

Towels are optional in high season, available for an extra fee. For any special requests, please contact the owner via the booking platform.

Liebhaber des authentischen Chaumiere-Urlaubs werden große Freude haben. Claire ist eine sehr hilfsbereite und nette Gastgeberin, die viele Tipps für die Region vorbereitet hat und sich sehr kümmert.

Das Häuschen liegt etwas außerhalb des Ortes St.Andrè de eaux (bei St. Nazaire) an einer Durchgangstraße. Es ist urig eingerichtet und umfasst alles was man für den Urlaub benötigt. Für 2/3 Personen ausreichende Gesamtgröße. Für 4 wird es knapp. TV-Programme ausschließlich auf Französisch. Der Chec...
