Welcome to our "Ferienwohnung 4" in the "Moin Borkum" house.
Here you will find a cozy holiday home in a quiet location close to the beach – ideal for couples or solo travelers (possibly with a baby). In just a few minutes on foot (2 min by bike path), you can reach the popular Südstrand (South Beach). The bright living room with a sofa, reclining armchair, large TV, and dining area forms the heart of the vacation apartment.
After a bike tour or a day at the beach, you can relax together, read a good book, or watch TV. From the living room, you have access to the covered, sunny terrace with a fantastic view of the large garden.
A wonderful place to drink your first coffee of the day, take an afternoon break, or enjoy the evening ambiance after a beach walk. In the open-plan kitchen, you can conveniently prepare your holiday breakfast or small meals yourself.
A coffee maker, kettle, egg cooker, and toaster are available for a great start to the day, as are an electric stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The separate bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (2 x 80 x 190 cm) and a spacious wardrobe, as well as external shutters for a pleasant night's sleep.
Whether for cozy evening reading or relaxed TV watching from bed – two bedside lamps and a TV provide the right amenities for relaxing breaks. Further comfort is offered by the well-maintained bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink with a illuminated mirror, as well as a cosmetic mirror and hairdryer. Thanks to free Wi-Fi, you will remain well-connected even on vacation. Your own parking space at the house (No. 4) makes arrival easy, while a bicycle storage space in the garage offers ideal conditions for exploring the island on two wheels. The vacation apartment is particularly suitable for couples, solo travelers, or a small family with a baby.
Unfortunately, a cot and high chair cannot be provided due to space limitations. You are welcome to bring your dog (max. 1, upon request). As the apartment is not fenced, we ask that you keep your dog on a leash. Look forward to relaxing holiday days between the North Sea beach, dune landscape, and island flair.
