Welcome to this renovated village house in Saint-Privat, Ardèche. Blending old-world charm with modern comfort, it features stone walls, wooden accents, and tasteful décor, creating a warm, authentic atmosphere—perfect for relaxing.
Spread over three floors, the 100 m² house accommodates up to 4 guests.
There are two comfortable bedrooms: one with a double bed (140 × 190), the other with a queen-size bed (160 × 200), plus a modern bathroom.
On the top floor, enjoy a bright living area with lounge, dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen.
Large windows open onto a private garden with table and chairs—ideal for meals, coffee, or peaceful moments outdoors. Highlights: - Characterful home with stone and wood - Air conditioning and heating in every room - Fully equipped kitchen - Nespresso capsule machine - Washing machine - Free Wi-Fi - Private garden - Self check-in for flexible arrival - Street parking - One pet allowed Children are welcome, but the house is not specifically adapted for young kids.
