This holiday home is perfect for families or friends.
The gîte features an entrance, a living-dining room (with an extra BZ sofa bed 140x190, TV, free WiFi), a balcony with dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room, a separate toilet, and two bedrooms (one with a 140x190 bed, the other with three 90x190 beds; baby bed and travel cot available on request).
The laundry room with washing machine is in the basement.
The property is heated by electric radiators.
Outdoors
Enjoy a 1,000 m² enclosed garden with barbecue and outdoor furniture.
House & grounds
The accommodation is on the first floor and is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.

Located on the edge of a forest in northern Berry, at the gateway to Sologne, it offers beautiful walks.
The small town of Vignoux-sur-Barangeon provides various local shops (newsagent, cafés, restaurants, wine cellar, hairdresser, market).
Nearby, you’ll find the forest just 2 minutes away on foot, a sports field, tennis court, football pitch, and pétanque area (opposite the post office).
Local attractions include:
• Mehun-sur-Yèvre with its Charles VII castle, clock tower, and Duc Jean de Berry’s gardens
• Berry Canal cycle path (5 min by bike)
• Porcelain route
• Bourges (30 min) for the Jacques Cœur Palace, UNESCO-listed Saint-Étienne Cathedral, medieval center, and summer Blue Lights Trail
• Wine tourism in the Quincy (10 min), Reuilly (20 min), and Sancerre vineyards (1 hr; voted France’s most beautiful village in 2021)
• Val d’Auron lake in Bourges (sailing, rowing, swimming, fishing, etc.)

J'ai louer le gîte pour ma famille pour la période de Noël. La maison est très cocooning. Bien équipé il y a tout le nécessaire pour se sentir bien et être dans le confort. Les propriétaires autant monsieur que madame, sont très accueillant et chaleureux.
