This apartment is part of the well-known Terrasflat in Egmond aan Zee. The building is located 20 meters from the beach exit and 250 meters from the center of Egmond aan Zee. From the 9 meter wide sun terrace you have an exclusive 180 degree view of only dunes and sea. You regularly see the herd of horses or cattle grazing in the dunes, and of course you see pheasants, rabbits and sometimes in the morning the fox. There is not a house or car to be seen! This also makes the area child-friendly; the children can safely walk to the beach on their own over the shell path that runs along the building.

The apartment is suitable for 2 to 4 people and has 2 bedrooms. The second bedroom is behind the largest bedroom and has no windows to the outside but does have its own entrance. There is also a storage room with a tumble dryer and for storing bicycles, it is not allowed to charge an electric bicycle in the garage or storage room.

There is an elevator in the building but PLEASE NOTE: it stops between floors so you always have to go up or down a few steps to get to the entrance of the apartment.
