Toys and books for children, a ping-pong table, and a bike storage room are shared.
You can also enjoy herbs from the garden and homemade jam during your stay. There are eight shared parking spaces on site and street parking available.
A shared charging station for electric vehicles is provided.
Events with outside guests are allowed, and the reception hall can host up to 40 people.
