Welcome to Villa Amalia #3, a spacious 61 m² retreat perfectly located on the scenic road between Agios Nikolaos and Elounda.

Just 3 km from the town center and 250 m from the nearest organized beach, this charming apartment offers an authentic Cretan experience.

If you seek a cozy, characterful alternative to a typical hotel, this property—surrounded by gardens with bougainvillea, jasmine, and olive trees—is your ideal home away from home. The generous layout suits families or groups, with a main bedroom featuring a double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds (also usable as extra living space), and a living area with a comfortable sofa-bed. The fully equipped kitchen is adjacent to the living room, and amenities include a washing machine, air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi. The highlight is the private veranda, perfect for enjoying morning coffee or evening drinks with stunning Mirabello Gulf views. Everything you need is within walking distance: organized beaches, traditional tavernas, a diving center, and supermarkets.

Toller Balkon, getrenntes Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer, zweckmäßig eingerichet, großer Kühlschrank, nette hilfsbereite Vermieter. Für Leute wie wir, die den Tag über auf Tour sind und einen Mietwagen haben sehr gut. Das Parken am Haus wird bei voller Belegung + Vermieter schwierig. Aber es gibt in unmittelbarer Nähe ausreichend Parkraum.

Wir haben die Lage an der Durchgangsstraße nach Elounda unterschätzt. Der Straßenlärm ist doch erheblich und trübt das Genießen der Abendstimmung auf dem Balkon. Die Internetverbindung in der Wohnung ist sehr launisch. Wir wurden ständig "rausgeworfen" und das Streaming funktioniert schwankend.
