A 102 m² three-bedroom apartment on the upper floor of a traditional two-storey house in Kilada, Ermionida, Argolida, sleeping up to five.
Fifteen minutes' drive from Porto Heli and its restaurants, marina, and ferries to Spetses and Hydra—close enough for the day, far enough that the evenings are quiet. The apartment looks straight out over the Argolic Gulf.
Vaulted wooden ceilings and a traditional fireplace in the open-plan living area, large glass doors that fill the room with light and open onto two private balconies.
The view runs from the turquoise water across to the mountains behind, and in the morning you wake to the sound of masts clinking in the bay. Three bedrooms with flexible sleeping arrangements, one bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen.
Air conditioning throughout, high-speed Wi-Fi that handles video calls, a dedicated workspace, television, and a washing machine. The shared garden is planted with local flora and fruit trees, with a grill for guests to use. Two shared parking spaces on site.
