Between Beauval and Chambord, in the heart of the Loire castles and near the Royal River, this ground-floor studio has been newly renovated and furnished, ideal for 2 adults, and is heated year-round. Located at the gateway to Sologne, close to Touraine. This non-smoking cottage offers WiFi and is a character property situated in the owners’ courtyard, but fully independent with its own private, enclosed yard.

Enjoy organic vegetables and seasonal fruits from the large family garden. Nearby: 7 km from Cheverny, 10 km from Beauregard, 24 km from Chambord Castle, 27 km from Beauval Zoo, 20 km from Blois, Chaumont and its gardens, Montrichard with its castle and eagle show, 30 km from Chenonceau, 35 km from Amboise with Le Clos-Lucé and the Cher Valley, 40 km from Valençay Castle, 45 km from Montrésor, and 50 km from Loches with its medieval city.
