In ein paar Gehminuten war man in der Altstadt oder am Wasser. Gleichzeitig war eine gute Möglichkeit, vor der Haustür, um mit dem Hunden ein Spaziergang oder nur eine Gassirunde abseits der Straßen zu drehen.
Positiv aufgefallen ist mir auch das vorhandene Nähmaterial, welches ich auch tatsächlich benötigte, um ein Loch zu flicken.
Leider hab es viel Müll in der Stadt und Grünanlagen. Zum Teil keine Mülleimer oder zu wenig.
Wenn es Abend wird laufen einige fragwürdige Gestalten umher. (Lautstarke Jugendliche - deutsche aber auch viele Migranten) Alleine, als Frau, würde ich mich da ungerne rausbegeben.

Die Vermietung ist neu , aber Vermieterin wohnt im Haus also jederzeit ansprechbar .Somit kann man sofort alles klären , was absolut toll ist .Ich finde das absolut Klasse , denn alles wird geregelt, damit der Gast es gemütlich hat ,Inzwischen wohl auch KS mit TK Fach vorhanden , Unserer hatte gerade versagt .Kann immer passieren .Mit Hund auch alles super .
Wohnzimmer zur Straße raus , wo teilweise viel Verkehr. Man kann Fenster schließen , dann eben besser.Aber darauf hat man leider keinen Einfluß.Schlafzimmer hinten raus und absolut ruhig.
Die Treppe zum 1.Stock zwar mit Handlauf , aber etwas steil . Für gehbehinderte Gäste also vielleicht schwierig.
