Küchenboden mit Wasserschaden, das Wasser in der Küche, das durch die Balken tropfte war bestimmt nicht zum ersten Mal da, die Küchenschränke waren unten schon aufgequollen...badamatur kaputt, stock und Fettflecken, laut, heiß, schreckliche Treppe, Müll im Flur und entsprechend Gestank,z.t. Kaputt

Lage.
Sehr schlechte Schlüsselübergabe.Fehlende Adresse vom Büro Office.Unsaubere Wohnung, teilweise beschâdigte Ausstattung,katastrophale Kommunikation außer das Bürooffice selbst.
Bar unter der Wohnung sehr lautstark.
