Located in Lesperon, this 70 m² holiday home comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests in 2 bedrooms.
One bedroom has bunk beds with a pull-out bed, the other a double bed. Enjoy a fully equipped private kitchen with fridge, freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster.
The bathroom has a shower and separate toilet.
High-speed Wi-Fi is ideal for video calls, and you have air conditioning, a TV, and access to a shared washing machine.
Baby cot and high chair are available on request. The private covered terrace is furnished with a picnic table and gas barbecue.
The 1-hectare wooded and fully fenced estate offers access to the shared garden with forest views.
The shared outdoor pool is open from June to September (weather permitting), from 9:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Outside, enjoy shared table tennis, a pétanque court, and communal toys and books for children. A shared parking space is available on site.

Smoking is permitted, but parties are not allowed. The property is just 20–25 minutes from Atlantic beaches and nearby lakes.
