Our Arkonablick house is located right by the dunes and beach promenade in the center of Juliusruh.
The 65 m² Albatros apartment is easily accessible via 5 steps on the ground floor and accommodates up to 5 guests with 1 living room and kitchenette, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a terrace with garden furniture.
Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, two TVs, a radio-CD player, and a shared washing machine and dryer in the basement, which you can use for an extra charge.
A baby cot, high chair, mini safe, and a lockable bike storage room are included. Relax on the balconies and in the garden.
From mid-May to late September, a private beach chair is available on the beach.
The beach, dunes, and promenade are directly behind the house and garden.
Free street parking is available, and an underground parking space can be used for an extra charge if available.
Public transport is nearby and free with the spa card.
Pets are allowed.
Smoking is permitted indoors.
Private beach access is available from the garden. A spa tax applies, charged separately and varies by season.
You will find the keys in the house safe by the mailbox.
