Interior The villa (approximately 400 m2) has been renovated with a modern taste to offer maximum comfort and autonomy to its guests.
The ground floor opens onto a living room with TV and fireplace, and, in an open space, a large dining room and a kitchen, both with direct access to the porch equipped for outdoor dining, a service bathroom (toilet and sink). The kitchen features, in addition to all the other equipments: a dishwasher, an air fryer and a washing machine located externally on the balcony.
Going up an internal staircase (18 steps) we access the first floor characterized by a double bedroom with two windows and private bathroom with shower and hydromassage tub, a double bedroom and a bedroom with a bunk bed particularly suitable for children, both with access to a large balcony overlooking the pool, a bathroom with shower and two double bedrooms, both with private bathroom with shower, equipped with a small balcony.
From here, climbing a spiral staircase (13 steps), we access the attic designed as relaxation area.
Position Villa Diamante is located at the foot of the Pistoia hills, in a residential area, surrounded by olive trees and fruit trees.
Excellent tranquility and privacy, particularly suitable for all those who love a holiday of relaxation, nature and sport.

Equipment The villa is equipped with wi-fi internet connection, central heating, fans in all bedrooms, courtesy set in the bathrooms, baby bed, high chair.
Services The price includes the supply of bathroom, bed and kitchen linen, pool towels (changed weekly), consumption of water, gas (but not heating), electricity, wi-fi internet connection, high chair and baby bed. Upon request, possibility of domestic help, cook, organization of cooking courses and weddings.
Important Information The swimming pool is open from 01/05 to 30/09. Arrivals must take place between 4 pm and 8 pm. A small pet is allowed upon payment of Euro 50/booking.
Guests are asked to respect the silence hours from 11pm to 8am. Extra costs to be paid on the spot -Tourist tax per person/day: 1,50 EUR -Final cleaning per booking.
