The communal swimming pool on the estate is just a short walk from the holiday home. Nieuwendamme, a quiet and picturesque neighbourhood on the outskirts of Nieuwpoort, offers a perfect mix of nature, history and relaxation.
Located close to the extensive nature reserve and near the marina, this is an ideal place for those who want to enjoy peace and quiet with the convenience of being close to Nieuwpoort's bustling town centre.
A footbridge takes you directly to the reservoir for water sports or soaking up the sun Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed.
Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine. Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance after 22:00 hour is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home. Upon departure, please empty all trash bins and leave garbage in the designated spot. It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house. Für 5 Personen innerhalb einer Familie ist das Haus geeignet. Für 5 Personen einer Reisegruppe eher nicht. Sehr positiv war der Weber Gasgrill inkl. Gasflasche . Zur Verpflegung muss alles mitgebracht werden auch Pfeffer und Salz.
