Enjoy a spacious, bright, fully equipped 90 m² apartment with a balcony on the village outskirts near Ochsenhausen in scenic Upper Swabia.
The apartment sleeps up to 5 guests and has a living room, two bedrooms, an open-plan, well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with two washbasins, a shower and a bathtub.
The toilet is separate.
Amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, a washing machine and underfloor heating.
Children's games and books are provided for families. Head straight out for scenic hikes or strolls along the nearby streamside walking and cycling path.
The cycle route network is extensive.
Two swimming ponds are nearby, 1.5 km and 3 km away. Just 3 km away, Ochsenhausen offers rides on a historic narrow-gauge railway, visits to the Krummbach, a basilica and monastery, concerts, changing exhibitions, cafés, an ice cream parlour and restaurants. Larger nearby towns include Biberach an der Riß (thermal baths, an outdoor pool and a treetop adventure park) and Memmingen (a particularly beautiful old town, an indoor climbing centre and an ice rink), both around 20 minutes away by car. Bad Waldsee, with its town lake and wildlife park, is 30 minutes away.
Day-trip options include Lake Constance, such as Meersburg and Mainau Island (77 km), the Pfänder mountain (78 km), the city of Ulm with Ulm Minster or the Blautopf spring in Blaubeuren (both around 50 km), and the Allgäu, including Zeil Castle (26 km) or the Eistobel gorge (62 km). Two outdoor parking spaces are available at the apartment.

Die Einzelbetten war ziemlich laut wenn man sich mal gedreht hat (knarzend) - ansonsten alles TOP!

Wir waren begeistert von der großzügigen und sauberen Ferienwohnung. Es gab nichts was es nicht gab, es war alles vorhanden. Wir haben in den Betten wunderbar geschlafen. Für meinen kleinen Hund eine super schöne Umgebung für freien Auslauf. Ich kann diese Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen und werde bei Bedarf immer wieder gerne dort buchen.
