On one of the most renowned avenues in Chiavari’s historic center, just 200 meters from the sea, "l'Americano Luxury Rooms" welcomes you in a splendid Art Nouveau villa protected by the Ministry of Cultural Heritage for its historical and artistic value.
The name comes from the story of this unique residence, built in 1890 by brothers Francesco and Giovanni Canepa with the profits from a thriving business started in Chile, where they had emigrated decades earlier.
Many locals crossed the ocean seeking fortune; the luckiest returned and built their lavish homes on viale Millo, earning the nickname “the Villas of the Americans.” The three double rooms, overlooking private, non-accessible gardens, offer refined hospitality that honors the villa’s elegance and history.
Adults only.
