Die Lage des Hauses (auf dem Berg), Alleinlage, Ausblick, Pool, Parkplatz und die großzügige Wohnung und Terrasse und das historische Ambiente des Anwesens. Guter Startpunkt für unsere Tagesausflüge oder einen Tag in Ruhe am Pool.
Leider sehr hellhörig zu der Nachbarwohnung und die beiden Schlafzimmer bräuchten eine Klima, sie heizen sich tagsüber sehr auf und nachts werden sie leider nicht richtig kühl.
Im Hochsommer wäre das für uns in diesem Apartment nichts.
