Located in Arzon, Brittany, this 85 m² duplex apartment accommodates up to 8 guests in 3 bedrooms with various sleeping arrangements.
There is one bedroom with a double bed and TV, an upstairs bedroom with a double bed, and a bedroom with 4 single beds.
The kitchen is private.
The apartment features a bathroom with bathtub and washing machine, a shower room with WC, and a separate WC. Bed linen and towels are available for an extra fee. If you prefer, you may bring your own sheets and towels. Enjoy the balcony with direct views of the sea and the islands of Houat and Hoëdic. The residence provides direct access to two sandy beaches at the foot of the building: Fogeo Beach with a sailing club and water activities, and the wilder Kerver Beach with supervised swimming in high season. You have a parking space in a secure underground garage.
Pets are not allowed and parties are not permitted.
Please note there is no elevator and the apartment is on the 2nd floor. The location is ideal: Crouesty port 2 km away, Rhuys golf course 3 km, supermarket 600 m. Nearby: sailing school, marina, beautiful beaches, and boat excursions.
