The old farmhouse, a traditional three-sided estate with stable, barn, and residence, has stood for at least 200 years and is clearly marked on the 1837 Prussian survey map. The ensemble is a listed heritage site.
The "Old Barn" was rebuilt in traditional style to modern standards. In the "Old Barn," you will enjoy plenty of nature, shared outdoor areas with playground, barbecue, large trampoline, bike storage with e-bike charging, a garden with local herbs and fruit, and toys for children.
An 11 kW charging station for electric cars is available in the private parking area.
Dogs are only allowed in the "Laubfrosch" apartment.
The property is 3 km from a beautiful natural beach.
In Putbus, you will find supermarkets, an organic store, pharmacy, and doctors.
Private family stays only – no business bookings.
