Venetia Domus is an exclusive luxury residential complex created from the careful restoration of the ancient Monastery of the Apparition on Pellestrina Island, just minutes from Venice.
This unique project perfectly combines the historic charm of an 18th-century building, designed in 1716 by architect Andrea Tiralli, with the comfort and needs of modern living. Nestled between the Venetian lagoon and the Adriatic Sea, the complex offers a stunning natural setting, with direct beach access and the possibility of private docking.
The refined residences feature high-quality materials and architectural solutions that enhance original elements, such as vaulted ceilings, historic portholes, and a charming inner garden with an ancient Venetian well. Venetia Domus is an oasis of peace and well-being, while still close to Venice’s historic center.

Soggiorno suggestivo a Pellestrina

Elena R., Sep 2026, Italy 🇮🇹
